Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from J3lotions.com, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Standard delivery by post office. Takes 5-7 business days; or
- Local delivery within 15 mile radius.
-$10 delivery charge for Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe/Mesa/Chandler.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient and phone number to communicate delivery. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
All products are made to order, delivery/shipment will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. I will communicated with you regarding your completed order and delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of my products are made to order and "custom", returns will not be required. If ordering body butters and the glass jar is broken, see the Refunds for Goods section.

Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Product container is broken.
To receive a refund, follow the following procedure:
Take a picture of the broken item and discard. Do not use as there may be shards of glass in the product. Taking a picture will allow me to see what I can do to rectify the problem.
